In the last article<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0I started to write about the Homeopathy<\/strong><\/em> application I have built. In particular, I explained the \u201cCompare Remedies\u201d<\/strong><\/em> feature that will be useful to homeopaths as part of their prescribing routine.<\/p>\n

In today\u2019s article, let me go over another feature called \u201cLab Report Analysis\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. This feature allows the doctor to share a patient\u2019s lab reports with the system and get a detailed analysis.<\/p>\n

Details of the report can be entered in the top left area (you can optionally drag and drop a file). When you click the \u201cAnalyze\u201d<\/strong><\/em> button, the system goes through the submitted details and presents its analysis in the \u201cInterpretation:\u201d<\/strong><\/em> area.<\/p>\n

The system gives its comments on each of the parameters. When you scroll down, you can see some more of the analysis:<\/p>\n

It is possible to include images as well (click the \u201cOpen File\u201d<\/strong><\/em> button or drag and drop the image). The following screen shows an image of \u201cThrush\u201d<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As you can see from the system\u2019s analysis, it has correctly identified this as \u201coral thrush\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, and additionally gives some advice on how to handle this.<\/p>\n

Images can be given separately like in this example, or along with other text-based reports.<\/p>\n

Notice that the system does not mention anything specific to homeopathy as part of \u201cLab Report Analysis\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. It only tries to determine the underlying pathology and offer some advice\/suggestions. This feature will also be of significant value to a homeopath since it can save some time and more importantly, it might detect some issues that a less experienced doctor might not. The homeopath can use this analysis along with other patient-specific symptomatology in order to arrive at the correct prescription.<\/p>\n
