{"id":38,"date":"2015-10-08T08:09:04","date_gmt":"2015-10-08T08:09:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rangakrish.com\/?p=38"},"modified":"2015-10-08T08:12:17","modified_gmt":"2015-10-08T08:12:17","slug":"experimenting-with-wearable-devices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rangakrish.com\/index.php\/2015\/10\/08\/experimenting-with-wearable-devices\/","title":{"rendered":"Experimenting with Wearable Devices!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adafruit.com\" target=\"_blank\">Adafruit<\/a>\u00a0develops nice wearable devices. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adafruit.com\/products\/659\" target=\"_blank\">Flora<\/a> is one of their popular Arduino wearable modules.<\/p>\n<p>I stitched together the Flora module, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adafruit.com\/products\/1247\" target=\"_blank\">Accelerometer\/Compass<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adafruit.com\/products\/1260\" target=\"_blank\">NeoPixel<\/a> on a small handkerchief using the special conductive thread.<\/p>\n<p>Then I connected the Flora module via USB to my iMac.
